wow i have been doing these wrong the entire time, i keep my knees locked, heels together, same grip as a bench press, and arms at same angle that you would do a seated dumbbell press, no wonder i've been struggling, thanks for the reply

120 at 160 body weight but i realize my form has been bad the entire time, next session going to lower the weight and use proper form, thanks for the reply
