lol @ belting adding plates to lifts.. I only use belt for deadlift on 5 plates + , no not because it is going to add 100lbs, because when I'm lifting 600LBS from the ground and ONE SMALL THING makes my back to round just a bit TOO much =Good night sweet prince... pretty sure Jim agrees... lifting that heavy as phuck is not a problem without a belt but safety is important at h00ge weights
