Me and my recent ex had the same issue, I have a rather low sex drive for a guy (Or at least with her I did after 4 years..) and she claimed to constantly want to fuck.. but would either not initiate it, or go about the wrong way.

Initiate with a blow job and get all the sex you want. If that's not good advice for your situation, I don't know what is.
