Is there anyone here who obtained a job through a career fair ?

If so, could you provide some tips to leave a good impression ?

I know about researching the company but I just want to know what to say to leave a good impression and leave me a considerable candidate ?

Also,

should I put an objective on my resume or should I not put it to keep it general since I'll be handing it to multiple employers.

Any input would be great.
