If you want my opinion it go more like Money (power), Looks, Charisma.
There is a reason you see hot chicks with Ugly guys. They are either wealthy or somebody. Could be either legal or illegal but they have power. Now if you don't have money or power You gotta be good looking. Being good looking is just the first part you have to be able to talk the talk as well.
