It's a chiller. It is hooked up to a cold water supply. It doesn't have refrigerant being pumped through it so it doesn't cool the air super cold. It does work well but I doubt it artificially inflates numbers really. Speedpro are great guys, I haven't been there for a while, hope they're still open! My last project made 540whp on that dyno.
