so, few friends and I are renting a rink @ 8 rinks on monday August 6th from 11am-12pm.

We only have 10 people so far.. and thats about it. looking for more people that are interested in getting into ice, not really looking for any pro players

because all of us cannot skate.... by that I mean we can only skate forward, can't skate back efficiently, stop effectively, etc.

this is our FIRST game on ice ever. Trying to move from floor to ice... We will not have people in full gear. Generally everyone is going to wear probably volleyball knee pads and a helmet and maybe gloves and pray lulzz. Or be renting skates and a helmet from the arena (thats how new we are)

Goalies are also not geared for full protection of ice because no one in our group has ever played or is expected to be able to do 100mph shots lulzz. (Personally i trip and fall when i try to slap lulzz)

So, if you're interested in coming, PM me and i'll give you my # and fill you in with the details.

Costed 110 to rent for that hour.. and we'll all be divvying up the fee in the end.

Great opportunity to meet new people and maybe finally see if ice hockey is anything you thought it was to be.

We're also renting a gym @ renfrew community center for 2 hours tomorrow for floor hockey at night if anyone is interested.
