I don't know what you mean by the cuffs though, I don't feel like they're hard. They only have smalls though and only the ones with the fleece lining. If you want the netting, try below the belt in downtown/metrotown. |
Yeah the fleece lining is the Polar Windcheater while the mesh lining is the Technical Windcheater. The polar is more heavier and thicker by far and you can easily scrunch up the Technical in a ball.
$24 duty isn't that bad, was it declared at the full retail price or was it knocked down?
