i did two cycles of the 6week to a superman body. Loved it. Went to penticton for 4days and decided to just take a deload week off.
First day back at the gym and decided to see how much i can DL. went from 275 DL now to 315!! HIT MY FUCKIN GOAL. SO PUMPED!!! 3Plates WOOOOOOO!!
