I definetly second this. Maybe go see a Kinesiologist for an assessment and follow an active rehab program with mobility exercises, pnf stretching and such... it works wonders trust me...
Dhillon, a few exercises i definetly recommend as a part of the healing process, is wrist curls, bicep curls, supination wrist curls, grip strength exercises and I'd really recommend you get this

Secondly, one thing to take note is, unless the joint is really inflammed and you start getting a sharp piercing pain, I would stay away from the ice. When you think about it, inflammation is one of your body's natural processes just like how you would have a fever so icing is a nono unless it starts becoming chronic. Best thing to do is use a heat pack and doing some forearm circles to help with the blood flow.
