Probably in the $300-$500 range. The price jump from $500-$1000 is significant, but it also seems like the quality is better?
Honestly speaking, I have no idea what to really look for in a road bike. Last time I rode a bike was back in high school on my Norco dual suspension mountain bike. I'm so out of the loop that it's not even funny
