Bluewater Cafe is totally different than Japanese Izakaya (ebisu, manzo).
And the above is definitely superior than Samurai, Sushi Garden, etc where they just throw things at you and your table basically touches your neighbour.

those are the most rip off place ever, and my buddy, who's a baller, think those are fancy food. whenever he insist that we go to these places, i tell him i will only go if he treats. i ain't paying $80 - $150 for the amount of food that is in a $5 pho.
