Thats all basic stuff that is border line wrenching. I dont think they would hassle if you were just changing plugs, dizzy cap and rotor and air filter. Just dont make a mess and clean up thoroughly before you finish.

I think, i may be wrong but what they really dont want is people doing oil changes or fuel filter changes because fluids could get on the ground and stain.

So maybe do the basics and then take it to a shop for the fluid changes. First shop that i trust and comes to mind is RacingGreed. They are in port coquitlam on broadway.
