oh OK just a thought. I remember a coworker had a ticket where she went to the bank to get cash to pay for something she was buying the london drugs on kingsway/joyce. got a ticket, i believe went to LD to complain and showed her receipt and they 'took care' of it somehow...she didn't have to pay for it...but i think she talked to the store manager. this was several years ago.
