DP = bunch of low life assholes.

I haven't received a single parking ticket in years (none from DP, none from Impark)

I suddenly get a fucking collection letter from Wiggins saying I owe them ~$700 with a list of all my "tickets", with no info telling me which lot I was parked at. Funny thing is my plate number isn't mentioned in the letter at all.

Oh ya, never gotten any "validation notice sent upon assignment, follow up collection letters, various numbers of phone calls" as well.
