There used to be a BBT place in that mall behind Yaohan Centre, on Cambie between Sexsmith & Brown Rd on the north side of the mall. Is that place still there?

Are you talking about union square? The one thats been there the longest i think is Tapioca Express. Other than that its Bubble World and What8ever cafe.
