but to answer your question the HDMI and 4 USB 3.0 makes the ASUS look great...if you do design work the measurement notches on the bezel is a bonus. Otherwise just buy whatever is cheaper as they are more than likely using the same 6-bit LG panels.
Dell definitely has the better warranty though and so I would get that when it goes for the sub $300 price
