about an 7-8" salmon filet cooked and crumbled
about 10-15 asparagus spears, cut into thirds on a bias (boiled, drained, cooled)

1T mayo
squirt of sriracha
1T chopped parsley
1T minced shallot
salt, pepper, lemon juice
