Post work out last night was 1L choc milk and choc zucchini cake.
I gotta say I am pretty stoked to hit the intermediate levels of "Basic Strength Standards" @181 lbs after 2 years of lifting:
Squat 275lb 3x5
DL 315lb 1x5
OHP 140lb 3x5
BP 205lb 3x5
