I think this is a giveaway that there may have been something wrong right from the start. You may want to get a technical opinion from the guys on BC Sportbikes.

A crappy situation for sure and I hope you can come to some kind of resolution. I really hope the guys there step up to the plate and go above and beyond to resolve this rather than tell you to buzz off.
