my wiz has similar specs as yours with a little more resist. try my build...its not about dps..but you'll be almost invincible in most cases lol
stack up on critical hit chance / critical damage gear
and use critical mass passive!
Use:
primary skills = spectral blades deep cuts
secondary skills im using crystal shell/meteor star pact/ frost nova/magic weapon force weapon/storm armour energy armour
this build is all about tanking! You will need to deal a lot of critical hits in order it to work. The skills i mentioned above proc a lot of crit and with critical mass passive, your spells will almost have no cool down meaning your crystal shell is always on and your enemies are almost always frozen by frost nova.
This works with small pacts of monsters but works even better when there's a whole swarm of them (more critical hits).
Be careful when you are fighting elites and bosses though...since this is pretty much a melee build, you have to kite a little to avoid poison, fire pools, chains etc.
