No, HID's are an easy install, why don't you take them out, try this shit out n see if it still gives you problems?
How much would it cost you to replace these parts on your own?
Weigh our the cost of spending time dealing with this issue with BMW Ducati vs how much it would cost you to simply go to BaySide or *plug*Imperial Motors*end plug* to get them replaced.
