We didn't hit Stanley Park until maybe about 10:45am. But all in all, that ride up Grouse was brutal, especially that last bit. Just before I hit the base of Grouse, my calves locked up with a muscle pull. I had to pull over to the side before I bailed.
All in all, a good but brutal ride. Iona Beach - that headwind. Good God. I am tired.
