I got hired at sportchek awhile back
They will ask
"When was a time that you went above and beyond your required duties as a staff member?
Do you work better as an individual or as a team?
What are you motivated by? (money, success, etc)
Explain a stressful situation you were faced with at work and how you dealt with it.
Hypothetical Situation: You have 2 customers come up to you at the same time and ask you questions, what do you do? How do you prioritize?
How do you deal with rejection? (they want you to push the promos and the 'full experience' i.e. if someone is buying a pair of shoes, suggest socks, insoles, maybe a new pair of running shorts to go with their running shoes, protectant for the shoes, etc)
How would you describe your work ethic?"
That's all I really remember, was summer 2009 I got hired so take it with a grain of salt hah
