So my dad decided to spray some shit and it oversprayed all over my car

. Sun baked it on afterwards and it ended up looking like this. All over the front end. (sorry for the poor photoskillz)
This is AFTER washing it.

1500Grit wet+3000grit wet sand

Compound polishing+deswirling+glaze+wax

Heres a side by side with the hood.
