We just had the parking lots done on our apartment building with Superior Paving and they did an excellent job.

There is also an eco-paving solution that I was looking at but wouldn't do a "commercial application" even though its still residential, but it uses recycled tires. Looked really nice, and the warranty far exceeds the 1 year that is standard on asphalt.

Make sure they are using a quality base material. Apparently some companies cut corners on the base and use ground up concrete that doesn't last. The bitumen topper is all the same, but the base makes the difference. Ours was sand..no wonder it came apart. Everyone recommended a 2 inch layer of bitumen for us, not sure what the standard is for a residential application.
