Screen that doesn't crack or scratch easily (I dropped my ip4 3ft from the floor once and the whole screen shattered....what's the freaking point of having the "thinnest" phone if you have to use bulky case that add 50% to its thickness?)
Drag and drop file transfer w/o using itunes? Got a playbook last week and I was SOOOO happy that I could just drag and drop files on it like a usb stick/laptop.
everytime I tried to put some music/videos on my ip4 or ipad2, it feels like I have to jump through a few fire hoops to get it done
More memory/rams? so the webpage doesn't have to reload all the times when I have 5-6 tabs open
Other general improvement would be better speed, responsiveness & longer battery life...
Honest, I think most people buy the iphone because it is pretty and well-known...i doubt half of the iphone users even care about its tech spec or all those fancy features
