Do you guys think it would better for me to negotiate my plan 1st and then reserve a phone? Or should I wait up reserve one early this morning and then give retentions a call tomorrow?

Sooo ... I should reserve LATER in the day so there's a chance I won't get it within the 14-day period since there will be so many people Reserving before me...
... it doesn't matter to me if I get it on the 5th day or the 15th day, as long as they don't make me wait like 3 months I'm good!
