as i posted in the robbers retentions thread,
i spoke to a retentions agent and they came out with a new incentive today for customers who are upgrading to the iphone 5. any customers who has an early upgrade fee of $100 or less will automatically get that waived if you upgrade to the iphone 5. this will not apply to any other phone.
maybe you should call them back and make sure you speak to retentions, not just a regular CS rep.
