a lot of cases posted here are absolutely fucked, but your case just seems like bad luck with a mix of fault from your end. if it was pay parking and you weren't paid for, i can't see why the ticket would be unwarranted?
anyway i was pretty glad to see these stories get more airtime thru the news. hopefully the fact that it's on the news changes things - though after dps has been fucking people for so long, i'm pretty doubtful
