SSD Cache Performance - Is it as good as a dedicated SSD?

IMO if you have an Intel motherboard that supports Smart Response, then you NEED to be using it. Even if you get a cheap 32GB or 64GB drive, make use of this awesome feature!
I am using it even though I have a 240GB SSD as my main drive.
