Because only Diamond would blanket everybody with a fucking ticket hoping for a bite, and only keeping the company alive off the clueless. I pay parking tickets for Impark and EasyPark only because I knew what I did wrong and I do not have any complaints. Diamond's just a group of stubborn, unprofessional fraudsters (and I take it you are one of them) who do not know how to patrol a parking lot and clearly do not know how to properly handle a perfectly justifiable complaint.
A collection letter from DPS came in for me, by the way. I see they didn't do anything about my appeal
Noticed how it says the family owned company's been running since 1922; I would not be surprised if people had to deal with 90 years' worth of this company's bullshit
