my copies came the day of release. if you look at your order online, there will be a tracking number and link to canada post's page. i wasn't home at the time and so the postman left a notice saying my package would be ready the following day after 1pm. after checking the tracking status to say it wasn't delivered yet, i went to the post office to see if i could pick up - luckily it was ready for me.

the only time i had an issue with the online ordering system was when i lost my credit card and had it cancelled last year. i put in the new credit card information, but it didn't work out... because my game never came, despite many calls to futureshop's customer service dept. i went to the store that day to purchase it in person and they still honored their online price in store (i ordered 3 games last summer @ $40 each). i cancelled the online order in the end.

edit: if i was in your shoes, i'd just purchase a copy in store and return the mailed copy upon arrival.
