All I can say is that Samsung was late to the game and even if they are slightly better; I'm just too lazy to have to re-learn everything when I already have everything from my iPhone 3Gs setup and synced. It's much easier to just plugin the iPhone 5 and simply have everything like my contacts and settings ready to go instead of manually inputting everything if I was to switch over from Apple to Galaxy.
