And with proper training, rest, nutrition, you will grow bigger than all your friends.
Bone size is not everything.
With proper training, your bones will get thicker, your muscle fivers tear and rebuild to get thicker and bigger, and your satellite cells produce more muscle fibers.

On another note, encountered your typical anti-deadlift faggot at the gym today. Was testing 1RM for 4 plate deadlift today, i got it up half way off the ground and that son of a bitch started barking at me from across the gym, ran over and started kicking my barbell, and i couldnt finish my rep. I think i mite have even tore a back muscle cus he totally thrust me forward.
He then comes up to me and tells me "ur distracting blah blah, then tells me to quiet down. Told me not to drop my weights when im doing a deadlift and to bring it down as slow as i can. ".
Me being the well-mannered guy i was, told him that i was doing a deadlift, and if he had any idea what a deadlift was, it creates noise.
He then proceeds to fingering me and then goes back to his cable bicep curls. People need to grow up sometimes. Next time i encounter another one of these fghots at the gym, im just gonna straight up ignore them and keep lifting. They can stand there and look stupid for telling a guy to deadlift quietly
