I just got off the hotline, they said to call them to request a shipping label which they will send through email, print it out and return it in the same box. No shipping fees or restocking fees.
I requested them to send me my invoice via email because I purchased the phones through a guest account, resulting in the inability to print it out online. Still no sign of it. So right now I'm kind of hooped to sell them because everyone is requesting an invoice to be included in the sale.
