So I just want to say the customer service is top notch at apple. I brought my scratched black 32gb iphone5 back to the Coquitlam apple store. I got a genius by the name of Steven he was really friendly and helped with all my questions. I explained to the tech what happened with my iphone and he exchanged my iphone no questions asked. I checked the new phone over and saw there were scratches on the new one as well right out of the box. I said I this one has more scratches as well...He said let me talk to my manager. He came back with 3 more boxes to my surprise. I said what your manager say? Steven said that my manager wants us to resolve the issue till your satisfied. I was like wow customer service is top notch here. We opened all three boxes and I chose which one felt was the best and that was it. I'm glad this issue is resolved and hope everyone enjoys there new iphone5
