Deal breaker but I wouldn't be mad at them as much as being mad at myself for not catching on soon enough and poor judgement on my part. I hate blaming others for my own misery regardless of their actions.

That said, why wouldn't you leave after being cheated on? It's probably because the cheating significant other is a better catch than you are(example: you're a 5 he/she is an 8.5) or they're richer than you are, or you just need to be in a relationship to feel a sense of false pride, or lack of parenthood(mom&son/dad&daughter) may also be a factor.
