People have said thing like "its 50/50 diet/training" or "its mostly diet" or whatever
But honestly, it's probably 80% nutrition, 20% training. Maybe 90/10%
just putting it down for ya, pick if up if you like

That extra 30% they add on is really just to motivate you to lift harder rather than being lazy and hogging up the benches in the gym
