i believe they send it collections agencies and let the vultures have at you.
i think there used to be a website paypalsucks.com that has all the horror stories of paypal. i rarely use ebay anymore and go with amazon.com
at least amazon is legit and i don't have to waste my time with bidding on something and waiting to see if it's mine or not.
i don't think i'd ever sell electronics on ebay. too easy to be scammed.
