That looks like costco. I actually have a bolle helmet from there. It's similar to that picture but it's the older model i guess. The helmet I have is pretty cheap, it keeps my head warm and has saved my head twice after bailing pretty hard haha. So if you're looking for something cheap I would recommend it. As for the goggles, the one you have there I'm not too sure about. But I also have super cheap bolle goggles from costco and they don't really fit well over my face which is why I'm looking for new goggles right now. I'm sure the more pricey bolle goggles are better though.
