So..Im not sure where to post this....but here goes...
Went to Brian Jessel Autohaus for an Oil change; booked an appointment for 130pm and it was suppose to be a 45min-1hr job. Ends up being 3hrs and no courtesy car (3rd time this happened to me at Brian Jessel Autohaus)...Service Advisor told me to go hangout at McDonalds for 3hrs using their free wifi. I laughed at him and the ridiculousness of the situation.
Get my car back looking like this...The oil actually was sprayed down the side of my car too. All my wheels had grease marks on them from his visual inspection and so did my door sills and drivers door. Im surprised that he didnt get grease on my steering wheel and seats.
Sloppy work from the tech; unprofessional and unacceptable.
So today I had to clean my entire front end; prepped it again for a coat of sealant and wax.
