Get my car back looking like this...The oil actually was sprayed down the side of my car too. All my wheels had grease marks on them from his visual inspection and so did my door sills and drivers door. Im surprised that he didnt get grease on my steering wheel and seats.

A friend linked me to your post; I work at Autohaus, not necessarily a tech or a salesman, just the part-time web guy there. I'd like to help resolve this as the managers at Autohaus are pretty serious about customer service issues such as this.
