OT: Time to redeem myself :P. They don't have the exact same engine. The Civic Si uses the K20Z3 whereas the RSX uses the K20A2 - The RSX has 200hp @ 7000 RPM whereas the Si has 197 @ 7800 RPM, not that this really matters but yeah, 3 HP more
Also, I was looking at a few RSX's on classifieds myself and many of the type S's are NOT clean. They're in shady as fuck dealerships with chrome rims and a weird body kit.
