But do you get an IP address?

Open up a command prompt.

Do the following two commands and paste the results here:

nslookup www.swaineadeney.co.uk
nslookup www.swaineadeney.co.uk 8.8.8.8

You haven't confirmed it's not a DNS problem yet.

If it's a DNS problem, then it's an easy fix... change the DNS server that's being used.

If it's not a DNS problem, then it is a routing problem between Shaw and the destination.
