red, the 3+ and 5+ and the corresponding weight, I was able to do before I started 531.
The diet has been good, I would imagine. I'm eating fewer carbs and trying to eat more protein. As clean sources as I can manage.
I think 2 weeks from now, I'll have a clearer picture of how well this is really working for me. Like I said, the execution is what has improved.
At this very time, the program has led me to the weight, reps, and sets almost the same as my max before I started the program.
edit: I made an excel file when I started 5/3/1, and it was back at the end of July. So I've been doing this program for a little over 2 months.
