If anyone's seeking a dessert place that serves mango pudding, black sesame pudding, red bean pudding, tofu dessert, tapioca/sago etc etc... this is a cozy family owned place. Small eats as well like sandwiches and finger food.
Dessert starts from $4+, approx. 7-8 tables, magazines, tv, and plenty of street parking (if you're the type to watch your car while eating LOL) and best part is it opens til midnight.

Their durian sago, durian mochi are legit. It's out of this world.
