It's tough when you lose 'em. On average, soldiers have a 2 mission life expectancy.

What difficulty are you playing? I'm doing ironman normal and havent lost to many soliders. I believe I have like 4 majors and 2 captains for my main squad... I did just lose one of my best heavies last night who had 17 kills... Poor Grant... I cant wait to tell him at work today how he was vaporized LOL
