Yeah I went to the solo open house. It's a pretty nice condo but starting prices for 2BR imo are astronomical ($450k+). Vantage is pretty damn expensive too. One of them had really shitty floorplans.
I think the Aviara is sold out, I see the sign whenever I pass by.. Don't forget Brentwood is being redone WITH 4 towers as well but the completion date for all 4 towers is in like 15 years or something. I can't see how all these towers will get filled though. Bought for investment I can see it all sold but actually living in?
Great area to live in though. I'm renting down the street in the Holdom buildings.
