Okay, well that confirms you're just not getting any packets back from them.

Still looks like they have your external IP blocked for some reason.

If you want to do this just for fun, try finding a working anonymous proxy and configure your browser to go through that.

A transparent proxy probably won't do anything, as it doesn't appear to be a routing problem.
